The weekend of the 16th & 17th of May saw Nineplus display their wetsuits in the new smooth skin by Yamamoto at the Scared Craft (www.surfboardshow.com) trade show at Ventura, north of LA in California. Nineplus whom supply approx 30 stores on the Americas West Coast including Thalia Street, Mollusk & Icons of Surf were on hand to educate the public on the new #40 neoprene and the advantages of using smooth skin wetsuits.
The company has set up their offices in San Clemente and are working across their surfboards & wetsuits divisions in the USA with goods coming in direct for the US market. Nineplus has brought forward their plans to use SCS smooth skin neoprene with ultra stretch nylon lining to their all their suits will will be available from June onwards.
The trade show featured a large 10ft x 10ft visual display by Spanish artist Javier Aramburu with thanks to the Spanish magazine ‘Glide’
